The Sales Aptitude Indicator is a quick and easy to use screening tool which accurately identifies whether prospective sales people have the potential to sell your company and your products.
Developed and tested over a number of years in the Direct Sales industry, Sales Aptitude Indicator can be used both as an aid to recruitment and also as part of an ongoing ‘Training Needs Analysis’ programme.
Sales Aptitude can be developed in almost anyone through training but the all important “desire” for success cannot. All the aptitude in the world is useless without a concomitant hunger for achievement. We believe no other psychometric instrument measures this critically important trait.
The profile is divided into two parts:
Section 1 uses a series of 13 questions to gain an understanding of the ability, desire and human relations of the individual.
Section 2 is a Forced Choice Questionnaire which tests the applicant’s “desire level” and “sales aptitude”.
