Joe Adams - MD

In 1970, Joe moved to the UK, as National Sales Manager, with Encyclopaedia Britannica. In 1975, Joe became Managing Director for the UK and Eire, a position he held for the next 20 years making EB a leader in ethical & fair dealings, with its customers and staff.
EB UK & Eire became the jewel in the corporation. During this time the UK company achieved consistent growth and record profits – delivering $50,000,000 gross revenue, and $7,500,000 net profit in their best year.
Joe’s success was not achieved from behind a desk. His 'hands-on' manner and dynamic insight into the sales process, from lead generation to asking for the order, was gained as a top-flight sales professional in the USA, Canada and the UK. “Just about anybody can be taught to sell,” says Adams. He has applied himself throughout his career to the encouragement and motivation of his colleagues at every level. He identifies two necessary attributes to sales achievement: the desire to succeed, and the ability to deal easily and effectively with people.
In 1996, Joe left Encyclopaedia Britannica, to set up his own consulting group, Adams & Associates UK Ltd. In 1997, Joe also became the Managing Director of Success Dynamics, a respected specialist provider of tools and services to HR managers.
Joe has spearheaded the continuing evolution of the company into its current structure, with new and improved products and clearly defined consultancy, training and recruiting departments. His vision for the future is for Success Dynamics to become recognised as a world leader in psychometric tools and services.
